Give a Cheer
For this card I started by using Tim Holtz Distress crayons and coloring the leaf stamp and stamping until I got the desired colors. I then used the outline stamp and stamped over it using Archival ink. I used the coordinating die and cut out the leaves. I repeated this for a second set of leaves and then cut out a few and used foam tape to pop the up over the others. I embossed a background and set that aside. I then inked up the front and back of some mixed media cardstock and then tore it to get strips. I layered the strips then attached those to my embossed background cutting off any overhang. I stamped out Hello first in grey then slightly offset in black then used the watercolor pencils to fill it in. I cut it out and matted it onto some of the extra background then cut that out , then added it to my torn strip. I attached the leaves making sure to bend them slightly and only glue one side down.
