I recently purchased the style of pocket pages that feature pockets for three horizontal photos, 2 vertical, and one long, skinny pocket down the side, and I love them! It solves the problem of how to incorporate vertical and horizontal photos into the same pocket page, and I have been using them like crazy. They are sturdy and the pockets are easy to slide photos into. Since I use post bound albums, I like that the skinny pocket is towards the album spine so it acts as a gutter and doesn't obscure any photos. On the con side, the skinny pocket is longer than 12", so I never have any papers long enough to cover the whole space. Not a deal breaker, but anything I put in there tends to slide out easily since it isn't a tight enough fit to lock it in place. My other disappointment is that there isn't a coordinating product to hold three vertical and two horizontal photos, plus a horizontal space, because I would certainly purchase it!
Update: I wanted to add my thoughts re: the style of pocket page that holds 12 vertical photos. Unlike the other one I reviewed, it does not have a narrow pocket on the side to act as a gutter, so when I placed it in a post bound album, the photos on the inside seam were partially obscured. Would probably work fine in a D-ring album, but not a great fit for post bound albums. Please, SB.com, create a new style of these that has a narrow gutter (even half an inch would work) so they look better in my albums!
