I mounted a blue foil panel on a 5x7 card base. I used the splashing puddles cover die from Memory Box with light blue cardstock. The frogs were cut from green scraps from my stash with an old Poppystamps die, Pond Frogs. The cattails also were from an old die from Spellbinders. I cut them from green and colored the tops with a Copic marker. Finally, I used some blue raindrop gems to add a little texture and sparkle.
