The Tool N One crafting tool features three interchangeable attachments including the roller brush, spatula tool and the paper piercing poker tool. The roller brush is used to roll over your die removing all those intricate pieces that are so hard to remove, the spatula tool is for running along the inside of your die making it easy to remove your die cut without tearing it and the paper piercing poker tool is great for removing those pesky little pieces that just want to stay stuck in the die! We think the best feature that makes this tool handy and portable is that your attachments can be stored inside the body of the tool. And don’t limit the use of this versatile tool to just die cutting, it’s great for hobbyists that work with miniature houses, model airplanes and other small pieces and parts.
The Spellbinders Platinum 6 machine is going to impress you with its overall performance and if that isn’t enough, you’re going to love how classy it looks in your crafting space. This white machine has a sleek design and is a full-size die cutting and embossing machine that packs a punch in its compact size with its small footprint. The sides of the machine fold up and the handle can be removed making on-the-go crafting and storage a cinch. This machine works great with paper, cardstock, fabric, felt, balsa wood, foam, foiled paper, vellum, chipboard, cork and more. You will love how easy it is to store and how wonderful it is for creating cards, DIY projects, tags, gift boxes and anything else that you can think of!
The Platinum 6 features VersaCut technology that provides strength, durability and power. The solid steel core construction will cut up to six layers in a single pass when using the Contour Steel Rule Dies (sold separately).

Clean the machine and its accessories with a slightly damp cloth only. Do not use a cleaning product or chemical cleaners on the machine. Canned air may be used to remove dust and debris from small areas of the machine. If your handle requires lubrication, place a small drop of household dish detergent between the white and silver parts of the handle and rotate the handle to distribute. Alternately, you can remove and immerse the handle into clean water with dish detergent. To prolong the life of the plates, use both sides and remove any scrap materials after cutting.

What our customers are saying about the Spellbinders 6 Platinum and the Tool N One:
My favorite one
“I absolutely love this machine. I've possessed Sizzix Big Kick and Big Plus machines, so I have something to compare with. First, I like that the pressure while cutting is slightly heavier than in Sizzix, it's quite important while you're using the delicate and intricate dies. The second, the great advantage is that the starter set that goes with the machine has the embossing mat and the pad. For instance, Sizzix doesn't have those and you need to buy them separately. Also, I like the fact that the sides fold up and it's quite easy for your storage to keep the machine. And I really love how it looks, it’s pretty.” – elena olinevich
Must Have
“How did I live without this? This Tool 'N One is a must-have for die cutting and embossing especially with the more intricate die plates with the tiny holes that are coming out in the market these days. The spatula helps easily lift your paper project out of the die, the brush easily and QUICKLY all at once removes all the remaining pieces and remnants in the die holes and the pick allows you to poke the remaining holes that are clogged. This tool is long overdue and one that should have been developed years ago. Way to go Spellbinders Paper Arts.” – kmungie
“I really love the Platinum 6 for cutting unconventional materials. I'm an artist and make outdoor garden art and wreaths, so they have to last the elements more than paper can. The Platinum 6 cuts through sheets of copper and soda cans, as well as thick wool felted sweaters and fabric. It's essential to my studio.” – gardentherapy
Best Tool
“This is the best tool I have purchased in a long time, and for so little money! If you use a lot of the thin metal dies with intricate little holes in them and find yourself picking out the paper in those holes after using the die, this is the tool for you. I usually put a layer of waxed paper between my die and my paper for easy removal, and this tool makes getting those little paper-filled holes clean a breeze. Just roll the tool over the die, and out they pop! I highly recommend this tool!” - myraskidmore
I absolutely love this machine. I have the Grand Calibur and love it also but at times it is so much larger than I need, I also have the Sapphire and am loving it also because it is great for the tiny things, kind of like the Three
Bears, Papa, Mama and Just Right! I believe the machines to be superior because they are quieter and smoother to operate. Not as cumbersome as the Sizzix products.

I needed a new manual die cutter and loved the fact the Platinum 6 will cut with steel rule dies as well as wafer dies as I own both. I have always loved Spellbinders machines (I have had two previously). The roller pressure is great and the machine makes thick sandwiches go through without feeling like I'm breaking off the handle.

I am beyond happy with this machine ! I had the Big Shot for about 5 years, and was always having to add "shims" and extra papers to cut a nice clean cut on certain thin dies. Not with this one! All the extra plates make for super easy and CLEAN cuts each time! I haven't been able to stop using it since it came in the mail yesterday! Wonderful product, and the fact it closes up for easy storage and less "space taking" is BRILLIANT! Love!

The Platinum 6 is easy to use. The handle turns well, and die cuts come out cleanly. I like the way it folds up and looks good on the shelf when not in use. I find the 6" wide cutting area to be enough - few dies are larger than that, it seems to me. I have only used it for cutting paper, and it is great for that. I love that it is compact, yet does everything I need.

My Cuttlebug died after 9 years and I decided to upgrade to this beauty. Best decision ever! I absolutely love my new black Platinum 6 die cut machine and it's so easy to layer plates for embossing, die cutting, etc. Sandwich directions are right on the base plate with visuals. It doesn't get any easier! It comes with a thin shim which is great too.

I bought this machine to die cut intricate dies and emboss with stencils. It does die cut the intricate dies, better then other machine I have, but the paper remains in the die and is difficult to remove. So far I have been unable to emboss using a stencil. Used different sandwiches to no avail. My old machine has a magnetic platform and the Platinum 6 does not. Contacted Spellbinders and there is no magnetic platform available.

I previously owned the Sizzix Big Shot before owning the Spellbinders Platinum 6 and I have to say that I love the Platinum 6! This machine folds up to be much more compact for easier storage, is quieter and seems to be smoother when running the plates through! I would definitely recommend this die cutting machine!

I'm really loving my Platinum6 machine. I have always used the Big Shot but couldn't find it at Joann's anymore. They discontinued it. I was looking for a replacement and found the Platinum6. I love the fact that it folds up and takes less space on my work counter. This was an excellent replacement.

I've been looking and checking all sorts of reviews for Dye Cutting and Embossing machines. Once I decided to get the Platinum by Spellbinders I've never looked back! This is worth every penny! I use it almost daily and have never had to run the dyes or embossers twice--once does the trick beautifully! True to Spellbinders quality control-- they nailed it! Kudos to you at Spellbinders!
If you would purchase the Platinum I doubt you would ever be disappointed...I know I'm not!

Everything arrived promptly and in good condition. Have not had any experience as yet with the Spellbinder Platinum 6, as I am waiting for other products to arrive so I can begin my new adventure of embossing and die cutting gift cards. However, I do thank you for the good service I have experienced thus far.
