Was so sorry that I pressed so hard I broke the wax tip. And am very happy to have my tool back now. I do wish that more information shows some of the tools since I'm never sure if I need to unscrew or pull on a tool. Perhaps I missed the information but was intrigued to find four different parts to the tool. Thanks for providing the wax tip refills - I will be more careful and now I know more about my tool.
I haven't had to use them yet but if they are like the one on the craft pick pro tool which I can guess it is, it's wonderful!!!!! Love them!!!!!

What is the wax used for?

When slightly warmed with your hand, the wax becomes pliable and you use it to pick up small bits of paper or embellishments to apply to your project. Just don't press too hard when the wax is cold or it will break rather than work as intended.

I just received my Craft Pick Pro tool today and immediately broke the waxy tip off. Good thing it comes with an extra one! But how do I replace it?
