This is a very nice heavy weight dispenser. However, in using it with mint tape, I find it hard to control how much tape is torn off. Since the tape is low tack, it doesn't stick to the edge on the cutting end, and when you pull to tear off the tape, it turns the tape roll instead. It really requires two hands, one had to hold the tap down and the other to tear it off. I find it much easier to just tear off the amount of tape I want by hand.
No more rolls of mint tape rolling around when I’m doing my die cutting on my work surface. The tape sits firmly in the dispenser and is easy to use. Additionally the base of the dispenser is weighted and is also non skid so it doesn’t move around on the work table. If you use mint tape, you need this dispenser.
No more struggling to get the tape off. Plenty of room to go for it. I'm going to buy more and tell my scrapbook friends who also have arthritis to try it. It is weighted, and I like the way my weaker tape sticks to the cutting edge and I don't have to look for the end of tape each time when it's come undone. Great design and highly recommend. Thanks.
The Mint Tape Dispenser allows for easy dispensing and I think it also helps to reduce waste. With the dispenser, you can easily tear the desired length of Mint Tape with one hand, which is great for crafting. I am so glad to include this on my craft table so the tape is always ready to go and within reach.
SBC's 1-inch tape dispenser came with a roll of Mint tape (LOVE that stuff) as a freebie with a $99 purchase. I have several of these (4, to be exact), in more than my crafting areas. Love the white color and the weight of the tape dispenser is an added bonus as it works with any décor. This item is so worth purchasing...none of my others were freebies. ;-)

I am happy to have a 1" dispenser for my mint tape. I had looked locally for a dispenser since I discovered mint tape. There aren't any. The quality of this dispenser is good. It's weighted, has a sharp tear strip & is easy to load. I'm so glad I bought it.
I LOVE this dispenser! It’s heavy and the cutting is sharp. It’s so much better than tearing the mint tape. Please you only need one free hand to get the amount of tape you need!😁. I wish I had two more dispenser for my other tapes. Someday, maybe?
I am so happy that SBC created a mint tape dispenser!! The tape alone is fabulous, but it is X100 amazing on the dispenser! It is nicely weighted so that you can remove the tape with one hand! It is easy to put the tape into the dispenser (and it won't slip out if it because it clicks in),
I really like it. It has my mint tape in it so it is easy to grab some tape as I use my die-cutting machine. (which is a lot). Always looking for things that make it easier for me. It looks nice on my table and is easier to find in my scrapbooking mess.
I asked Scrapbook.com months ago for a product like this for my Mint Tape. They delivered, and boy, did they deliver! This is a high quality, sturdy, weighted holder for your mint tape. Once you get it, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it!

One of the pictures looks like it comes in pink, but I don�t see an option for pink. Is white the only color it comes in?

Is this weighted? How much does it weigh? Is that a non-slip surface on the bottom?
