I did an Explosion Box for our daughter's 50th birthday and it was the best surprise for her. I included photo's of her, lists of famous people that shared her birthday year, things that happened the year she was born, and fifty dollar bill rolled up like a candle. I cut cardstock for layers on the panels and outside in all shades of GOLD foils, embossed designs, and glitter. Explosion Boxes are the best for doing creative surprises!

I have to say I was going to return this one as I had ordered it for SBC Fest before Meghann's kit came back in stock which I ordered 2 of because it is such a good value! I figured that I do not need 3 explosion boxes and took it to the post office who wanted almost $10 to ship it back so I decided to keep it and will use it with white colored cardstock which should look beautiful against the Kraft color! Happy overall now just didn't 3 of these lol.

I was a bit skeptical about purchasing this item until I saw the unboxing video and started watching all sorts of videos about junk journaling and how to make all the beautiful bits and pieces to go in them and now this Explosion Box! I am creating boxes for my sisters and brother for Christmas and can't wait to get started. I've inspected all of the boxes and everything is perfect. I particularly like that the Explosion Box itself is inside another box for added protection. I will be using that extra box for shipping to my family. This is such an Ingenius idea to capture a lifetime of memories. Thank you for offering such a wonderful price point and safe/secure shipping.

These are so much fun to decorate and, as advertised, they crack when first opened. That’s part of the fun. I bought the boxes to use as Christmas gifts and I’m sure each one
will be treasured.

Does this ship flat? And I suppose I will have to do all the scoring? I love this and just need a few tips on it.
