Feels sleek and glides across the paper with ease. Great for writing sentiments inside of cards, or for general usage wherever needed to write or jot down something.
I like it very much as it's similar to those gel roller pens.
I was a bit upset when I opened up the pens and realized they were uni-ball gel pens. The good thing is that it's a familiar feeling and that it can write on vellum. The bad thing is that it is a reskin of an already popular gel pen.

Does the ink dry quickly so that it doesn�t smear While writing.

Hello, we did a little test and the ink dries pretty quickly, we would say by giving it at least 5 seconds this should help it from smearing.

Is this pen waterproof/permanent? As in suitable for using a highlighter without the black ink smearing?

Hello, this pen can be used with a highlighter once the ink is completely dry, we would not recommend that it is waterproof as when we tested it with water the ink did slightly run.
