These card bases are made from 300 gsm paper which is a sturdy card base. This paper can hold liquid adhesives, embellishments, and light mixed media elements. I have also found that the heavier weight and it’s smooth surface requires less glue. I like to use a 3D effect usually consisting of at least 3 layers, and with these 6 x 6 square card bases I don’t have any problems with my card front warping, thanks to the sturdier weight.
I also tried using a die to cut out a square scalloped frame (from Dress My Craft) on the front of one of these cards, with the Big Shot Plus machine and it worked!
I hope that these 6 x 6” square card bases by Paper Rose will soon be available in other colors as well! I am loving them!!!
Nice quality card bases, heavy stock and a bright white color. I highly recommend the paper rose card bases.
I have started to make that card size lately and found out it was really hard to get a heavy card stock for my bases. I bought this product and I'm very pleased with the quality and heaviness of the paper. Just wish I had purchased a bigger quantity.

Are these 6x6 cards FOLDOVER cards (12x6 in. flat when opened and laying on its belly)?
