I just can't say enough great things about Paper Rose dies! I have bought six Paper Rose dies from Scrapbook.com so far and may well end up with all they have to offer! Paper Rose dies never disappoint! They cut well, which is essential given the intricacies of the dies. When I bought my first one, I was concerned that I would have to spend hours perfecting the cut, but the dies are of such high quality that they are easily usable. The cuts come out so clean. Now, Paper Rose dies tend to be much shorter than a 7" card, but that is largely irrelevant due to the fact that the cut can easily be elongated and still look appropriate. They are all very versatile and can be accentuated without much effort to fit any given project. Paper Rose is my jam!
I had been looking for a reasonably priced wave die. This set is really nice because it includes two dies, offering more versatility. I am very happy with this product and its price. Great for beach and water-fun scenes.
This set is called 'wave borders'; and it is great for the seaside. These edges are also great for a card with a steampunk or whimsy theme. They are 6 inches long. That is long enough to put on an angle or put under each wave and offset slightly.
The bubble edge cuts perfectly and the "bubbles" just fall out. I needed a cardstock shim with the wave lines edge and then it cut perfectly.

These dies are pretty narrow. Does the straight part have a cutting edge, or does it allow you to make the border as wide as you need?

Yes, the straight part does have a cutting edge. The dimensions of the dies are as follows: Largest: 5.75" x 0.75", Smallest: 5.75" x 0.62"
