These colors are so pretty. I love how they group the cubes by color family to help with blending or layering when using stencils or creating a background. Coral reef seems to be very popular and I see why. It is a very soft color that easily can be layered and give a beautiful result. My Berrylicious pad was a not as vibrant as the other colors.
These ink cubes arrived fairly dry. They were extremely dry stamping from pad to paper. I also stamped, using a well loved stamp but the inked image was not as sharp, vibrant, fully covered and clear as it should be. These ink cubes are brand new, never been used so I should not have to re-stamp with these ink cubes 4 or 5 times in order to get a good inked image. These companies should have good quality control assuring that they are providing a product that does not have to be re-inked almost immediately upon purchase. The colors of these Pinkfresh ink pads are gorgeous so that is why I would still recommend these ink cubes, you would just require re-inkers.
Lovely colors in this collection..really helpful for the mini cubes to test out colors before investing in the larger ink pads. Also great for traveling, can re-ink before a trip and take my whole ink collection in a simple bin than bringing the bulky larger ink pads on trips.
