      I found it to be a nice frosty white color - perfect for a snow stamp. It dries quickly on card stop, on glossy it may date a min or two. I used it over acrylic paint and it dried very quickly. I found the ink pad isn't opaque enough for some things I was trying to do. The reinker did the trick but it does take a while to dry (NOT fast) when used straight from container.
