Introducing the Precision Glue Press from My Sweet Petunia. This tool is perfect for anyone who has trouble squeezing glue bottles with their hands. Some might refer to this as a glue gun, however the glue bottle and the press are separate. Once you have set up the Precision Glue Press, you can recycle the box and the rubber band can be reused, making the packaging fully recyclable. Take some of the work out of gluing with the Precision Glue Press!

This is something that needed to be done years and years ago!!! This I am so looking forward to using. I might be able to resume my favorite hobby, pastime, my obsession ect!!! Without the pain associated with trying to use glue to hold everything down. With arthritis, multiple surgeries, just healing from a broken wrist- this will be my Biggest craft helper!!! Thank you to whoever created this!!
This glue gun is a game changer for anyone with arthritis in their hands. I have been struggling with pain every time I've had to apply adhesive with regular glue bottles, and this has remedied that situation. It also prevents the clogging you experience with regular bottles. I'll be getting a second one so I am able to have one glue gun with a fine tip and one with the wider tip. This is one fantastic tool.
This tool has allowed me to continue crafting. I was ready to give it up for good due to the pressure it took to squeeze glue bottles. And this has helped my hands so much. Thank you Illiana from My Sweet Petunia. Even if you don't have problems with your hands I would highly recommend this tool.
This is just like a hot glue gun BUT:
The glue is at room temperature
You can use any brand of glue or NUVO drops
No plugs or wires
Great for people who want an even amount of glue from one end of the project to the other end
Fine tip precision AND thick tip available in the same gun that can easily be switched back and forth
Awesome!
I've been paper crafting for more than 20 years. The Precision Glue Press is a wonderful tool for applying liquid adhesive, especially when only a thin strip is needed. I also love using it for applying tiny dots of adhesive for attaching tiny die cut images such a flowers, etc. I highly recommend this product.
I struggled with using glue when creating my projects so I always used tape runner, as a crafter knows isn't always the best item to use. I saw this and thought, I'll give it a try. OH MY am I glad I did. Since getting this item, I think I am using glue all the time now! I am able to put thin lines of glue without clumps. PRECISION is the perfect way to describe this tool. And for anyone who struggles with hand issues, this is a must have!
With the glue that comes with the Precision Glue Press it is a lot easier to distribute the amount of glue you need and place it precisely where it needs to be. As with a thicker/denser glue there is noticeable difference in the amount of effort needed to distribute the glue BUT still easier than just trying to squeeze the bottle of pretty much any glue. I wholeheartedly recommend the Precision Glue Press, although a bit pricey up front but if you can swing the price worth it in the long run…
I saw the glue press when it first came out. I was interested in how well it works. Some crafters on You tube love it. I saw someone with it at a card workshop and asked her if she liked it. She loved it. So I finally purchased it. It is ok. I don't see where it is any better than the small bottles I have glue in. I get the same line of glue. I will show it to my class mate and answer their questions about it. If a person has arthritis it would be a help.
How I hated using and losing the pin for the metal fine tip on my glue bottle! I keep the press in the stand all of the time and don’t use the cap. On the rare occasion that the tip gets clogged after a prolonged period, I pick off the dried glue and use a pin to clear the very end of the fine metal tip. Art Glitter glue works well with the press and I’m trying the Nuvo glue for the first time. This was money well spent on a tool I use all the time.
I put off buying this craft tool due to its cost. I finally surrendered to my need for it after struggling to squeeze glue out of an extremely hard plastic glue bottle with my neuropathy prone hands! I am so happy that I finally made the investment as I get an early jump on the coming busy card making season.
