From what I have learned from Lisa Horton videos, it is a wax that can be used to accentuate embossed card. It can be lightly applied to a raised image-even layered- to create a a shiny, pearlized effect.

The wax is a creamy tinted wax . You use it on card stock to color it with your finger or a brush . It will change color on Black paper or over an ink design . Take for instance the White Gold wax over a red paper gives it an iridescent gold finish. It dries to the touch .
