This metallic paper from Lawn Fawn comes in a package of 5 sheets and is 100 lb. weight cardstock. Holographic paper has been embossed with an image or pattern and then coated in a very thin layer of metal, which gives the paper its holographic properties. When this paper is viewed from different angles, different parts will show different colors, giving it a rainbow effect. This paper can be used the same as any other cardstock, depending on your personal preference, for cardmaking, scrapbooking, and more.

This card stock is breathtakingly beautiful, with its swirls and flashes of multi colorful holographics and I love it!
I had some like it several years ago and was re-purposing an old, handmade card, to make it new. It was a mother polar bear who was cradling her twin cubs against her chest to keep them warm. It was a night scene and looked cold, to me. I put some of this style holographic card stock behind the image, scaled down to an A-2 sized card base and was amazed at how absolutely gorgeous it looked around the edges of the main image. It looks like Northern Lights, swirling snow and wind. It's perfect for the mother bear with her twin cubs, in the cold Northern areas of this world. (I know--I'm way too wordy, but I wanted to share this with y'all...) :D The only downside to it is I don't own the polar bear stamp! But our grandson gave the card back to me because he's a young man and that was generous of him, as he wasn't going to keep it. Now, It's a permanent work of art in our computer room.
This is the closest holographic card stock to the one mentioned above, if not the same card stock, and I'm so happy to have it.
