It’s cute and cuts like butter. Having said that, it’s hard to crank it sometimes and because of that it slides around., you really have to hold the machine down. The top handle is very convenient so that helps. The crank handle is a bit short making it difficult to really get a grip to turn the handle when the plates get tight. I would have preferred the handle to be a bit larger.. Hope that makes sense. Otherwise this machine is perfect for a small die cutter cause it really cuts well.
This is adorable. I am a sucker for all things miniature. It is so cute sitting on my desk. Only one con...It is very tight and is hard to cut. Unlike the Intracut it doesn't have the suction feet so you have to get a firm grip while cranking. It cuts beautifully. It is just hard for those of us who suffer from arthritis. I can only cut a few things at a time. Hopefully it will lose up with time. Very handy to have on my desk as I do a lot of layering die cuts. I cut the paper 3 1/4 inch wide.
I loved the concept of having a small machine on my desk so I was so excited to add this machine to my collection. I have the large intra cut and am so happy with it. Sadly this machine is very hard to get my dies thru, I had to use a lot of force (I know not a good idea) and it totally bent my die cut, I wish I had read the reviews first as this is not an inexpensive purchase. Adorable but wish I had not spent the money on it.
Heed the other reviews, my experience is the same. This machine is cute but it that's where the pros end. It is not adjustable, does not have suction feet, it is incredibly difficult to get the 5mm and 3 mm plate combo through the machine as instructed for thin dies. Hard to get them to grab and very difficult to crank through. I'd recommend looking for an easier to use model. The implication that this is an Intricut with adjustable features is very misleading.
While nice & compact & great for traveling or desk top, it does not have the knob to adjust for various sandwiches. NO suction cup bottom.
I thought this was the Intricut machine in a mini version----it is not. But good if just starting with die cutting or taking on vacation.
this machine was very cute however it doesn't work well at all.... I wrote a request to Gina K@info and received a response from them stating that my plates must be warped... they weren't. I stated that the machine was very hard to crank and push the plate through... this was after only using it for maybe a month.. as of today February 18th 2025... I can no longer turn the handle at all.. I've requested a refund and will be returning the non-functioning machine to Gina k designs LLC

what about thicker dies like anna griffin dies?

Hello! Yes, you can use thicker Anna Griffin dies in the mini Intri-Cut machine as long as they are 3.25" or smaller in width.

Can you get embossing folders for this machine only 3 inches wide all my folders are over 4 inches wide.

Hello, there are not many small embossing folders manufactured at this time, and they can be rare to come across. Spellbinders do have a couple, but other than that, there are not many. It is important to check the measurements or ask questions about the embossing folder working with this machine.
