These colors will be useful when cutting skin tones and needing a variety of color rather than white. Even though I layer a tone on tone color to give some depth.

What is the weight? Is it truly cardstock or is it simply paper?

I'm glad to know that it's 80# weight, which is easier to work with, IMO. I've also worked with 65# card stock from Michael's without it being too flimsy, though it is a good layering weight. I almost always use a separate card front to attach to lighter CS, which gives it backbone and there is a layering weight with the sentiments inside, which gives backbone to the back side of the card.

Concord & 9th cardstock is NOT 100lb. cardstock. It absolutely doesn't say on many of the packs you purchase. I just purchased 5 different colors and only 2 of them say the weight. It is 80lbs cardstock. Please don't misunderstand, I do still love the colors and you can tell it is quality. Very very disappointed when reading the labels and see 2 say 80lb. Cardstock. I purchased the sample pack, 48 sheets to see what I thought. No where on that label does it say the weight. The other several packs that I have purchased did it say the weight. I assumed it was 100lb. like Spellbinders & Lawn Fawn, & Gina K. Hmmm. Just wanted to make sure you knew. It is 80lb. cardstock. Beautiful colors!! Just not as sturdy.
