After I started making cards, I wondered if there was a way to easily remove adhesive from various mistakes, usually caused by "misaligning" an embellishment or a layer on some of those cards. Later on I found these erasers in a craft catalog and purchased one. These work like a charm! I still manage to make adhesive mistakes, but I just grab this eraser and in seconds am back to finishing a project.
The size of this eraser makes it sturdy and easy to use, Recently, I ordered erasers that were slightly thinner, and they were too wobbly to manipulate.

I was somewhat doubtful that this eraser would be all that effective, but I figured it was worth trying because I use "snail" adhesive runner quite a bit when I make cards. My method for removing any excess was a tedious process of tweezing away tiny bits of snail, then scraping with a craft knife to remove the remaining bits that were too tiny to tweeze. This sometimes left visible marks, forcing me to change a card's design to hide the damaged area, or start over. No more tweezing and scraping for me, though-- I've used the eraser several times since it arrived last week, with great results. Each time, I was able to eliminate every speck of excess snail, much faster than would have been possible previously and with absolutely no damage to my card.
This little square works wonders on excess adhesive runner or mysterious sticky spots. Just a few swipes back and forth over the unnecessary adhesive and it's easily picked up. It's like magic!
This really works to remove those annoying oozes of glue that show on your paper creations.
Love it. Erases tape and glue without ruining your card stock. So nice to not have to start a card all over again because of glue or tape smears.
I bought two of these erasers to replace one that I misplaced at a scrapbooking weekend prior to COVID.
Unfortunately I need to say the quality of this adhesive eraser is nowhere near that of my old one and I would not recommend this brand to people I know. I only wish I could remember the brand of the one I misplaced.
Negative comments are not something I like to say but with shipping costs and costs in general going up, I think reading a review like this can sometimes be helpful.
Have only just received my order, haven’t had the chance to try it out. I’m sure it will be great.
