This package contains an electric hot foiling machine press.
WOW -- this was very easy to set up and get started right away. Within just a few minutes, I was on my way to my first project - a gorgeous pine tree with lots of gold needles. This will make a very striking Christmas card!! Now I can't wait to get started on project #2 -- some Big Scripty Words for Hot Foil Plates from Lawn Fawn! I have the matching dies on the way since I overlooked it when I placed the original order. Foil really takes my projects to the next level.
Hot foiling isn’t for everyone. It takes some time to learn, though there are great resources on youtube and in blogs. The foiling is so pretty, and I’ll continue to use mine occasionally. (I’m a heat embossing junky and also use a lot of pastes in my card making, A hot foiled look isn’t what I’d always go for but certainly am glad I bought it during a super sale.
The included user guide makes using the Foilpress a breeze! Is there a learning current? Of course there is. The results are amazing.
I purchased this foil press and the Gemini Jr that you need to use it.
I am very disappointed in it as I had a difficult time using it. I only used it one day to try to figure it out. Instructions were horrible.
It would work well for someone who would take the time to figure it out. I have been trying to sell both

Does this work with the original gemini without the extended plate?

Hello, Crafter's Companion advises that the Gemini FoilPress- Top Plate Extender link is required to use the FoilPress with your Original Gemini Machine.

You told me to search for Gemini in the search bar. I'm not sure which search bar to use. I tried to do what you said but couldn't find a list of parts under "Gemini." Any other ideas?
