      Yes. I bought it for the frame maker. It is the same swivel blade that works on various items from We R Memory. It does not replace the PUNCH blades on them, but it does replace the cutting blade part. Meaning, this will cut along the boards, it it will not punch corners or anything. Hope this makes sense.       My daughter sells the pinwheels at a local market stall. we have cut literally 100s from the blade that came with pinwheel punch. I saw the replacement blade on the website and decided to purchase as a future replacement blade. I haven't seen replacement blades sold here in Australia and did not know they were available until Scrapbook.com came to the rescue - again!!!!! Just love this store!!!!!       I purchased this blade to replace the original that came with the pinwheel maker. I had used it at preschool and then my daughter used it at the nonprofit social work agency she works at.
