This gun never worked well from the beginning, but after a couple of weeks, it completely stopped working. It's not worth anything. I am trying to get in touch with someone at scrapbook.com for a refund. This item is extremely disappointing.
I had a mini glue gun on my craft desk, which I hardly used. The wires were cumbersome, and it was too much effort to plug it in and use it. So, I asked my daughter to buy me this for Mother's Day last year. I absolutely love it. It stands upright on my desk, heats up quickly, is easy to control and the glue comes out in a fine line. I have only charged it up once, and it is so easy to do. I would highly recommend this product.
I ordered this from HSN. I am so disappointed. It takes for ever to heat up and doesn't stay charged very long at all when it use. Also very slow

Hi! This glue gun includes a USB charging cable that is the power supply. It does not plug into a wall outlet.

DOES THIS PRODUCT COME IN ANYOTHER COLORS BUT THAT HIDEOUS PINK?? WHITE, WHICH IS SHOWN IN SEVERAL PHOTOS, WOULD BE THE BEST - BUT NOT PINK!!
