  I love the concept but...

  Fairly hard to assemble; must be glued to keep it together. It is hard to open from the bottom. Will put a little instruction to pull for it to come out easily. Kinda dissapoited with the toothpick toppers; very cheap and with probably had snow.

  Great kit but....

  Good quality colors and paper. The shapes and scoring of the paper are great. However, there are no instructions for or best practices for assembly. To keep the houses closed, glue is required. The paper easily rips when trying to assemble.
