I like this pair of fringe scissors! This was a great idea and I've seen them on kitchen web sites before, but would never have thought to use them on paper/card stock. Usually, on other sites, they are used for cutting up herbs, or green onion tops. I'm real glad I saw them and decided to buy them. The scissors are weighty and very sturdy and sharp.
