@ Laura.ohio - What a bummer that yours didn't work! I was skeptical, but I came home & tried it right away. Luckily, mine works great! If you live near Cleveland, you need to check out the Parma store that's closing & moving locations. They have a TON of clearance... and it's an extra 50% off!

I bought this on clearance & it went back to the store the next day. It didnt cut a clean line & at times it didnt cut all the way through. I saw why it was clearanced out - thankfully with a receipt i was able to take it back. I do hope you get to enjoy it though because it looks so simply adorable!

I'm a huge Cricut fan, but I came across a deal too good to pass up at Michael's this week. I found a Making Memories SLICE machine for $19.99 on Clearance! And, they had tons of design cards (cartridges) for only $4.99 each! I thought it was worth trying for that price! I've played with it a little & I really like it. The best feature is that it's cordless... perfect for scrapbook camp. :)

Even better... I decided to check out another Michael's store in Parma (near Cleveland, Ohio) that is closing. Since they're closing, all the clearance is an additional 50% off! I got 16 more design cards for only $2.50 each!!! I bought one of everything they have... why not for the price. I also found replacement blades for $1.50.

If you have a SLICE machine... check out Michael's for design cards... Hopefully you can find some awesome deals too!
