Give a Cheer
This layout was really fun to do. Both of my dd's pitch. Their pitching coach already has dibs in for seats to watch them pitch in a Women's College World Series... she's sure they'll be there. Anyway, there is a funny softball "cheer" that gets yelled at her quite often. It goes, "Hey pitcher, I like your shoes, I like your Dollar General shoes. They make me scream, AHHH! They make me holler, Ohhh! Cuz your momma only bought em for a dollar." We think that cheer is HYSTERICAL b/c Taylor cleats aren't cheap AND she can wear a hole in them in one game. Her leap and drag are just amazing. Anyway, here's my non-sports looking tribute to Taylor. (Incidentally, she was 12 1/2 when these pics were taken)...
Note: To get these pics, I took my EOS 20D and stood over my dh's shoulder... praying that he would catch the ball! I used a filter PSE to make the pictures look paint-by-numbered. The best part about making this layout was the string of pictures that I took... the faces she makes when she is pitching are absolutely priceless. I truly NEVER dreamed of the amount of effort she puts into every pitch until I looked at the sequences I got this day. Sorry I got so long winded on this one. TFL!
