Entered into Aprils Card Sketch Challenge for sketch #3 and the Scrap With Your Scraps Challenge. The white background, the strips, the banner and the scalloped circle were all from scraps. I hand cut the banner and I hand punched both the circles. I used 3D foam in between the circles and under the banner. Thanks so much for all your kind comments and friendly messages :o)Ro
