I created the background by using a Tim Holtz stencil with texture paste and then adding color with Lindy's magicals and a Nuvo Shimmer powder. I then used 2 different embossing powders with some bubble wrap and white ink to add extra texture. You can see more close ups of the background on Instagram @Rhonda.Scrapbooks
