Give a Cheer
In Puerto Rico where I'm from, this lace is created on a type of loom using many bobbins. I scored a set years ago from a little old lady with a tiny shop that had been visited by one of our First Ladies. I remember her proudly displaying a small picture of them together behind her counter. Tfl.
