I loved the color swatches on this cardstock and didn't want to hide them with a lot of embellishment but I wanted something eye catching. After matting the photos in white and attaching them to the cardstock, I used different lengths of washi tape in colors that coordinated with the paper. I cut two pieces of each color and used a ruler to make sure they were even with each other on each side of the photos. I used paper punches for the hearts and cut the title out of vinyl using cricut.
