Jetmax Cubes

I have had my Jetmax cubes for over 3 years now. My most recent one, I bought the 12x12 file cube. I went to open it one day and the handle just pulled off. Before that I was having trouble opening it. Has anyone else had a problem? I love my set, but they are not holding up over time. I have shelves falling, from cubes getting out of shape. Drawers are not closing, because the shelf is bowing. Just curious how everyone else's cubes are holding up? Thanks!

Yes, I have had a handle pull off. Just add a little wood glue and screw the screws back in and it should be fine. Run some soap or a candle on the runners to make it easier to open.

The four drawer one the handles didn't hold with the screws, so I put them on with Glue Dots and they have been holding for a year now.

I also bought the file cabinet and it has been a huge disappointment. The files when stacked will fall over if you are not careful. They open hard - would not recommend at all. The other items have seemed to hold up - although sometimes when I pull out draws the bottom things that it lays on slips out with it and I have to push it back in.

I haven't had any problems with my cubes - I've moved mine around several times!!! Thanks for the heads up though. I will take caution when opening the ones with drawer pulls!

For future purchases, the Crop in Style/Store in Style cubes seem to be a *lot* sturdier. Create For Less and Oriental Trading carry them. HTH!
