Glue and other sticky stuff

What do people use? I'm new to creating a scrapbook and I've tried a couple of different methods of "glueing" but I can't say I'm happy with anything yet? I have a glue stick for paper to paper, a glue stick for photo to paper, photo mounting corners (several kinds), and two different glue tape dispensers a Tombo momoadhesive and one by Scotch. What do other people use? Thanks Kristin

I use double stick tape or a tape runner for pictures, die cuts or other bigger items. Those are much easier than peeling off little pieces of paper from the back of the little photo square things and much cleaner than the glue sticks. For the really small items I use a liquid glue. (I don't know what it is called because I am not at home to look.) It's in a little blue bottle-thing with a cap that you take off and a tip that kind of looks like a paint marker. (Did I confuse you yet?) Once you see it in the store you will probably know what I mean.

I have a couple of glue sticks and only use them when I run out of tape. They always make such a mess and everything ends up sticking together.

Hi Kristin. I mostly use Hermafix double stick tape. It comes in a Hermafix dispenser (refillable) and is a breeze to use. They also make a tab dispenser if you prefer the photo tabs. Also for some items I use Zig 2 way glue. They come in pen-like dispenser in 3 sizes. And occassionally it will use a glue stick, but again Hermafix is what I use most often for matting photos.

Yes, that's what it is. I use the zig 2-way glue also for the little stuff. I like it much better than glue sticks for smaller items.

I use a mono adhesive tape runner for most things. IF it's little or has a strange shape that won't stick, then I use 2 way glue.
