I know many of you are consultants and may use Vista Print to order your business cards or notepads, etc so I am just telling my story so you dont get taken by them.
I placed an order from them for biz cards last month. They offered me 500 more cards--so I clicked the link to see what the price was and it IMMEDIATELY charged my cc for that amount without asking me for a confirmation. They offered a $10 rebate so I clicked that link to find out what I had to do and it signed me up for a bunch of programs ---I have no idea how many programs I am signed up for now. I got an email saying my CC was going to be charged $30 for a membership fee. So I called the 800 number to cancel it--the girl was so rude on the phone, read off her name and confirmation number so fast I couldn't hear it, and then hung up on me. So I got a charge on my CC and I called the vista print number listed on the charge--that girl was totally rude, saying I signed up for it and it was my fault I was being charged. She gave me a confirmation number and hung up on me--I was trying to ask if there were any other "programs" I allegedly signed up for so I could cancel them. She had me on hold for like 10 minutes and then she came on, blurted out the number, and hung up!! I cannot believe this scam they are running. They billed me without asking for confrmation and now I have to dispute these charges with my CC company. I couldn't get peoples' names who talked to me either--that is if I got through to anyone at all. I had to call quite a few timesbefore I got a human being.
So I say stay away from Vista Print---they are just going hog wild trying to keep charging my CC for stuff I never ordered.
