Making Memories Slice

    Hi there! I'm looking for some help.
    I recently bought an old Slice machine with 13 design cards from Goodwill. The machine powered on and "works". I put in a new blade but now the machine won't "home" like it is supposed to and when I try to cut something, it's like the blade doesn't even touch the paper. Any one have one that can help?
    I didn't pay a lot for it. $30 plus shipping but I'm hoping I didn't waste my money. Thanks!
