There are numerous things you can purchase to cut numerous shapes.....Just depends on what you want.

    Here's just a few:

Just starting out, I'd recommend some kind of trimmer, like the Fiskars one linked to above.

If you already have an X-acto knife, you can always use that with a straight edge/ruler.

You just got to get a paper trimmer. I have the Fiskars one that is diplayed in the previous post. I use it on everything, could not scrap without it!!The Fiskars one is under $20, I actually got mine cheaper than that. I crop my pictures, paper for layouts, cards, many things.

I'm a Fiskars cutter gal too. I use it all the time. Exacto knives and I are not good friends...I use them only for hard to get at places when cutting out intricate shapes (which I mess up half the time). I have a circle cutter and I really like that. I love the border punches too. There are some pretty designs I like Fiskars threading water.

I use a photo trimmer that is made by Fiskars to trim my photos and smaller pieces of cardstock, etc. I use a large paper cutter that is made by Making Memories for cutting 12 x 12 sheets of paper.

I also use the Creative Memories cutting system to cut my photos into different shapes.

I'm a Fiskars gal myself. I use the paper trimmer to crop pictures and cut paper. Fiskars has a wide variety of border and corner punches.

Fiskars Paper Trimmers Are The Best...I also have the Cricut Expressions and I use that all the time

I'm actually not a Fiskars fan when it comes to paper trimmers, but I love the MM one.

Invest in a 12" paper trimmer. I bought a $15 Fiskars trimmer and had no problems with it. Lasted me 4 years before I needed a replacement which I jsut bought.

I am just starting out and i mainly use the Fiskar also. Now, my sis-n-law bought me an Exacto knive that fits around my knuckle. I really like it to cut out designs. It's alot easier than a regular exacto knife. I also have both cricuts. Rarely use either.
