Next weekend I am going to a Weekend Retreat in the Bay Area (YAY!) They only serve one meal, a brunch on Saturday morning. There are restaurants near the hotel, but I don't want to spend another $100.00 on food. The hotel room does have a mini fridge and microwave so I am planning on taking some food for dinner on Friday & Saturday night. Do you all have any suggestions on what to take? I don't want anything overly messy or that takes a ton of time. I was going to take some snack foods (granola bars, fruit, etc) as well as bagels & cream cheese. What else should I take?
