scrapbooking supplies in Chicago

Hi everyone!

I'm from Singapore and am planning to go to Chicago in November. Would like to know if there are any recommendations on where I can shop for supplies while I'm there?

I will be attending a conference in Chicago in late March and I too am wondering about any srapbooking stores. Thanks for reading my mind!

Ladies hope you have a great time in Chicago, so much to do. There is also The Scrap Shack in St. Charles, IL and the Archiver Stores are all over. If we knew the area you would be in, we could help more for those of us that live here. Also Michael's craft stores carry supplies as well as JoAnn Fabrics. I highly recommend also the store downtown on claybourne.

My husband will be atteding a conference at the McCormick Place Convention Centre. Which will give me lots of free time in the day for shopping! I'm so excited! We'll also be staying in that area. Any advice?

Hit Michigan Avenue, tons of stores and a huge Macy's. I think that Macy's is 8 floors. Water Tower place is there also. Just the structure of the churches in that area are wonderful (bring your camera). Millenium park has the structure that looks like one huge lima bean that reflects your reflection, I did a layout of it. Navy Pier is a little over rated but fun. Happy shopping.

I'm not going until March and I will be staying very close to the Convention Center. Without a car we (co-worker and I) will be stranded and unable to go to the suburbs. However, we both LOVE to scrap and cannot wait to get into fresh new territory!
