Ideas for 50th birthday

Does anyone have any ideas of what I can get my sister for her 50th birthday. She is kinda sad about turning 50 even though I keep telling her she is not old.My other sister and I are taking her out to dinner and I am making her a cake.Other then that I don't know what to get her. Oh, I made her a scrapbook a few years ago.

Does she have a "bucket list"? Maybe you can help her cross something off of that list.

Spa day? Or just mani/pedis? GC to her fav bookstore or coffee place? Make her a basket and fill with her favorite snacks, drinks, and a GC to Blockbuster or RedBox and have a movie night!
Whats her favorite movie(s) Series? (House, Bones, CSI etc...) Get her started with a Season 1 of that and host a marathon party.
Camping, just you girls, even in the backyard and make smores and paint each others toenails! Take her to the local bar and have everyone buy her drinks for her BDay!

When one of my best friends turned 40, I made a list of "40 reasons I love Dina". I didn't frame or decorate the list, but that would have been a better idea. So, you could make a nice printed list and frame it or put it in a shadow box with some nice embellishment work.

It was a tad difficult to come up with 40 things, so if you decide to do it, I could pm you the list if I saved it to my computer, which I think I did.

I made my dad a 'This is your Life' photo album of pics of him from when he was a baby, all the way up to now. He loves it

Fifty is twice as nice as 25. You could make a card with a speed limit of 50... and glue on 2 quarters ( 50 cents) for wheels on a sports car.

Yeah, something personal maybe that would let her know she is love... I like the idea of everyone writing why they love her.

Start her a bead bracelet. (pandora, chamilia, brighton). You could start her with a birthday bead-(cake, cupcake), or an initial. Brighton is the most reasonable in price, but the other companies are sterling silver. Not sure what you are looking to spend.
Maybe a trip to a local winery? Or a girl's day out..mani pedi as someone suggested, shopping day, or maybe theater tickets?
What does she like to do? Does she have any hobbies? Is there something she always said she wanted to try, like a cake decorating class or belly dancing lessons?

50 lottery tickets?

I was lucky for my 50th. I was visiting my brother in Tampa and, knowing that I was a little blue about my birthday, he took me to Disneyworld! Perhaps not an option for you and your sister, but maybe the lottery tickets will come through!
