Help for Cowboy birthday party

Hi! Bug has decided he wants a "cowboy" birthday party for his 3rd birthday.

We thought it would be so fun to have stick horse races as part of the fun, with each child receiving a stick horse to take home. (There will only be about 6 children).

Does anyone have any idea where to purchase a pattern to cut and create stick horses? (My dh is quite crafty with his scroll saw and dremel).

Also, any other ideas for games, food, decorations, etc. would be appreciated.

I have until July, but with school almost ending, then me teaching summer school, I won't have large chunks of time to dedicate to this. Thanks for your help!
