Glue for envelopes

What is the best adhesive to seal an envelope if I want to give the card to someone else without sealing it. Later when they use the card, they will want to seal it.

Can you just tuck the flap into the envelope?

Maybe art tape or a decorative washi tape on the outside.

How about a small Velcro dot at the tip of the flap.

Rubber cement?

i use a double sided tape. I just dont peel the outside paper off till the envelope is ready to seal.

I usually tuck the flap of the envelope into the envelope. It is practical and for free
