My sizzix cuts chipboard with the thicker dies (all manufacturers) and my cricut also cuts chipboard. I am afraid to try chipboard in the wishblade. pretty sure that isn't gonna work, so not gonna try it.
Yep; I save the chipboard from the backs of the DCWV stacks, or what sb.com packs with my single sheets of paper when I order from here... I've never had a need to "buy" chipboard. I've heard other ladies say things like cereal boxes can be used, as well...
I have the Sizzix Big Kick; that cuts chipboard. I've obtained lots of my 12x12 sheets of chipboard from shopping at the LSS; they usually include a sheet in the bag when I buy paper. I've also received some when I order paper online.
my Pazzles cuts chipboard, but you should repeat the cut to make sure. You can buy packs of chipboard at M's. Its not as heavy as the commercial stuff thats already shaped, but you can glue a couple of layers together for the same effect.

And we all KNOW how much you do that ES!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I just started doing a little of this with my Expression. As someone else mentioned I have used the back of a paper pad etc. They seem to be a little thinner and easier to use. A few weeks ago I bought this stuff called Grunge Board. I thought it was regular chipboard but its like a little softer?! Anywho... it works very nice with the deep cut blade. Lately I have been stuck on buying thickers and then tracing and cutting by hand small pieces for embellishments. Good luck!
The big red Sizzix will and so will the Cuttlebug, with the thick dies. Cricut Expression cuts chipboard on multicut, I usually do it on multicut x4. With the Cricut I find it best to cut chipboard using brand-new mats and a brand-new blade.
I usually don't use chipboard any thicker than two thicknesses of cereal box chipboard. When I do my wordbooks in chipboard, I cut the bases in chipboard, and then use the same patterns for the pages. I cut the pages out of the thicker cardstock to give added stability, and glue them to the chipboard bases.
