Sarah Richards was born and raised in rural Oregon, spending time outdoors or on the theatrical stage. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon in Fine Art (Painting/Drawing) and Western Art History (with an emphasis in Mediterranean Antiquity). While at the University of Oregon, Sarah also extensively studied Communications, Technical Writing and French. After college, Sarah had the pleasure of living in Madrid and working as an English instructor, then in southern France, teaching with the French Ministry of Education and working as a translator in London, England--all while writing and painting. Sarah continues her artistic endeavors and also works in the Marketing Department of Scrapbook.com as a writer/editor/Brand Manager.
