Cleaning Rubber & Acrylic Stamps
Submitted by: Kadybug
Purchasing cleaner for rubber stamps can be expensive. I suggest using baby wipes to remove ink from your rubber stamps. Baby wipes can be purchased at many dollar or retail stores. Simply remove a wipe from the container and wipe ink from stamp. The wipes do not harm the stamps and can easily be thrown in the trash when you're finished.

Acrylic stamps, like those sold by Close to My Heart, can have sticky adhesive pads. Baby wipes would stick to those sticky parts. With acrylic stamps, simply wash with a mild soap and lukewarm water. Air dry. This removes ink and anything that might be stuck to the sticky pads.
