Objective: To become published, part of a design team and to create custom scrapbooks for others.
I have been scrapping since August of 2001. My first scrapbook was for my nephew who was in the hospital after being hit by a semi-truck. I learned scrapping the Creative Memories way. I was a CM consultant for about a year from Feb 2002 til 2003. I have been seriously scrapbooking again since I joined sb.com. In between that time I did create some 7x7 scrapbooks for gifts. I have finally made my first scrapbook for hire and I also donated a 6x6 scrapbook to my sons' youth theater for a raffle basket.
I have always been interested in design. I studied Clothing Design my first time around in college. I have done knitting, crocheting, quilting, card making, sewing and many other crafty type items.
I've entered the sb.com $20,000 contest, Creative Imaginations contest and I applied for Cherry Arte Design Team. I look forward to constantly learning and growing while creating heirloom scrapbooks for my family and others.
I have an awesome boyfriend who calls himself my biggest supporter. He always makes sure we stop at a scrapbook store or Michael's. He would like to create a website for me and hopefully someday soon that will happen. My two boys are my main creative outlets and I have two nephews and a great nephew who I try to scrap for when I can.
