Currently, my favorite thing is hanging out with my dog and scrapbooking. I am a perpetual student, now studying Hebrew Bible! I am in graduate school at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. My favorite author is C.S. Lewis. My dog is a Pekingese rescue named after the lion in The Chronicles of Narnia. And my favorite color is rainbow!
I just moved to a 2 bedroom apartment (my own scraproom! yes! still needs to be unpacked, of course...) in Durham, NC in a rather shady neighborhood, but it is cheap and i can semi-afford to live there. But of course I have to pay the $100 a month for cable and internet! Can't live without those...but I NEED to cut back on buying scrapbook supplies! I just need to keep winning the Anything Goes Challenge and get a $50 gift certificate for sb.com! That way I can get my monthly fix and still afford to eat!I am also starting graduate school at Duke University on Monday, August 25. I am taking 3 classes this semester: Hebrew Narrative Prose, Ugaritic, and History of Ancient Israel. If any of that is understandable or sounds interesting to you, pm me! Most things I say about school just go over people's heads!
