Bio: Married to my dh Jason for 5 1/2 years , mommy to Troy (he's the "boogey") since June 24, 2003, and Zoe since Oct. 22, 2006. Expecting baby Devon around Halloween!
Stepmom to Jacob who's 12 and lives in OK. Former foster mom (Aug. 28, 2007, was when we got our first kiddo.). I love my children and can't imagine life without them. I was a Kindergarten teacher, but I'm done now that Zoe is here. I love writing and am working on getting published. I've been scrapbooking since Troy was born and LOVE learning new things!

My scrappin' mission statement: My scrapbooks speak about my life and the lives of the people I love in a way that others may know us a bit better. They are simple and elaborate, colorful and black-and-white, emotional and objective. They bring me joy to put the layouts together and to look at the pages when they're done. And it is always okay to include me in the pictures and pages! (I have to remind myself of that!)

My friends who scrapbook have been a huge influence on my pages and my desire to learn, learn, learn about different techniques and designs. I totally and completely appreciate their ideas and suggestions and love them all very much!

Currently, I am working on an album for Zoe and two albums for Troy (one baby and one toddler/preschooler). This last summer, I did a 8"x8" book for my stepson of all the visits he's spent with us.

Soon, I plan to do a Book of Me, a wedding book for my DH and me, and a Marines book for my DH (served during the Gulf War). I also have an album that I plan to put the kids' Santa pics into. And with baby Devon expected around Halloween (YAY!), I'll be starting an album for him soon, too! Guess I'll be scrappin' FOREVER!!! LOL!
