My daughter and my nephew last summer. The scallops are made with my NEW FAV TOOL!!!!!! Matha Stewart scallop rotary cutter...I am seriously scalloping everything in my path ;) The edges of the picture are foiled but the colour came out wonky when scanned.

Pretty I love it. I have people at work tell me you don't want to overdue a page. So I put less. cause they scrapbook for years. But I come into this gallery and OMG!! So maney talented people. But your pages are so beautiful. Any tips.
