Description: Journaling: I was so sad when my RSD forced me to stop working in august 2004. I loved my job, and my co-workers were my friends. I was also in a lot of pain and worried about my future. It was a very emotional time for me.

Thank goodness for my sweet Lacey! She became my constant companion, giving me love, attention, company, someone to take care of and a reason to laugh. Lacey took such good care of me it was as if she understood I was sick. One day I fainted while I took her outside, and, miraculously, she didn't run away. We impress Adam with how well we know each other. She often drives me crazy, but she also keeps me sane.
