Description: This was created for my next door neighbor, whos grandbaby will be turning one in July. She said cupcakes and girly!

I dry brushed corrugated paper white for the cupcake holder. For the frosting I used DCWV Glitter CS for 3 different layers, and put pop dots under it. I added little gems to it, for sprinkles of course! I cut a real candle in half and used stitching stamps for a border.
