Description: I wanted to make a bright and fun card for my little niece. So this card was born. I got the idea of using ribbon as letters out of a SU idea book. I used a pencil eraser and Versa mark ink to dot the blue BG card stock. All the ribbon used is American Crafts ~I have been wanting to use the bright orange, blue, green and red combo for awhile now. I really love then together. TFL!!
