Entered into the April Card Sketch Challenge for sketch #2. Also entered into the Use Your Laces and Trims Challenge and the Scrap With Your Scraps Challenge. Other than the card base, the black, the polka dots and the striped papers were scraps. The circle piece and the metal frame I got second hand many years ago with other crafting stuff. I hand cut the banner. Added some lace onto a strip of black then added some gems. I used 3D foam under all the parts for dimension.
